3. Platform Services

TURBO GROWTH provides a digital platform that allows users to participate in VIP investment plans denominated in USDT (BEP20). All deposits, withdrawals, and earnings are processed on-chain. We do not hold fiat currency.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits require blockchain confirmation before activation. Withdrawals are subject to review and may incur processing fees. Minimum and maximum limits apply as displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of fraud or abuse.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. You acknowledge that you may lose part or all of your deposited funds. Please read our separate Risk Disclosure.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Multi-accounting, botting, or manipulation of the referral system is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

TURBO GROWTH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain delays, wallet errors, hacking, or force majeure events.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
